Nursing School!

So.. Whitney got into nursing school! Wooo Hooo! I start July 20th and I'll go for two years! Yay!

Its Been A While!!

Oh my! It has been too long! What are we up to? Well.. Chad did get that promotion at work. He now works along side the doctor and does computers (dictation) during the procedures. I just go to work and I am in the process of applying to nursing school, we find out next week if I am in. If I am, I'll start July 20th! That means I would be an RN in July 2011! Wooo!! I hope I get in!! We still teach primary.. I am trying to think of what else we do with our lives.. Just work and play, I guess. I got a quilting machine and frame last week!! I am now officially a quilter! I'll have to post pictures of it! It is so fun! We are going to Vegas again next week.. That is exciting! I think that is it.. Madness!

Hey! We are busy! Got back from Vegas (amazing) and all you know what broke loose! So.. Let me give you the scoop. Sunday. Got home, unpacked, not so bad. Monday. Our ten month anniversary! Whitney doctor appointment in the morning. That went better than expected. Monday afternoon, dentist. Whitney's mouth is in good shape. Chad, not so much. A root canal needs to happen to tooth number 14. Then a crown will be put on after that. Oh yeah. Did we mention that we have dental insurance! EXCEPT.. they won't cover it until 2010. Ridiculous. But it has to happen, like now. Monday evening. Stressed out about everything. Chad scratches the leather couch and Whitney WAY over reacts! (Don't worry, the scratch is gone. A damp towel and an iron do the trick) Tuesday. Pretty good day, until, wait! Grape juice on the cream carpet! Right before bedtime! GAAA!! Try to clean it up, not sucessful. Wednesday, work. Boss makes Whitney cry. Don't worry, nobody saw. Continued grape juice disaster cleanup. Still unsuccessful. Chad is waiting to hear about a job change/promotion at work, he's really stressed about that. Thursday. Work.. Chad has an ultra sound! He's pregnant! Just kidding. His gallbladder is diseased and will need removal. Now I think that is it! Don't you worry! Tomorrow is going to be GREAT!! It is Friday and pay day!

Chad is sweet!

Chad is the sweetest husband ever! I thought I would get on the computer for a few minutes to see if I could catch everyone up on what is going on in our lives and I sit down to the computer and... I hear the water turn on in the kitchen! Chad is doing the dishes! THANKS! Little things like that make him the best guy ever! I am so grateful for all he does! So.. back to life... We are great! Just finishing up our CNA class! We only have clinicals left! Then we will take our state exams and be official. Work is good for both.. Just work. Hopefully we will both be able to start school in the fall (if not sooner) and just keep on going! I think that is pretty much it! See ya later!

New Calling

So we got a calling in the Primary! We teach the Valiant 10 and 11 class! Today was our first lesson. I think it went fairly well.. Hope so! We have 7 kids in our class and they are all really excited about life! I hope they will like us and really get to know the gospel with us teaching.. I don't doubt that there will be more posts about the rowdy bunch!!

So it is 2009! We rang in the New Year with our friends Jodi and Mark! Chad and I start school this month! We are so excited! I can't believe that we have been married for almost eight months! Crazy!
